Doc links take to empty definitions

I'm trying to follow the repo documentation from:
Starting page:
https://docs.monai.io/projects/monai-deploy-app-sdk/en/latest/index.html

When I click the link for MODULES APIS -> Operators on the bottom of the page, it takes to this page:
https://docs.monai.io/projects/monai-deploy-app-sdk/en/latest/modules/index.html#operators

which has empty content for the API docs. Seems like the actual content can be found here:
https://docs.monai.io/projects/monai-deploy-app-sdk/en/latest/modules/operators.html

Is the documentation build system broken?

Verified. It looks like it's not able to parse index.html#operators.

Hi, I fixed the documentation but for some reason the sphinx-build shows the following error. Any ideas ?
