I created an
aka.mslink to a Discord invite to the #vscode channel under our ownership and updated our links. Because semantic highlighting now exists on top of editor syntax, I removed that from the contact links and instead updated the troubleshooting document to reflect that. I pulled these changes out of #3332 (where the new bug report issue form will directly link to and ask folks to review the troubleshooting guide).
