Steps to reproduce

It might be slightly more complicated to reproduce this:

• vscode preview (latest)
• vscode powershell extension (latest)
• Use https://github.com/steve02081504/my-powershell-profile/tree/d0b6654f0360c7a8ee8761f2e654fe39cadf43d2 as your powershell profile folder
• Open a random ps1 file with vscode.
• No input required, just wait.

Expected behavior

NO error!
