Microsoft.PowerShell.EditorServices.Extensions types are not available in the Integrated Console

This is due to these types being hidden by the PSES ALC. Instead they should be exported by the PSES.Hosting DLL and part of the outer PSES module, with an internal integration API.

Theoretically it means you can't write extensions for PSES easily. But if nobody is depending on that, it's not an issue yet. It's something we should ideally get working eventually.
