Creating new project from Plaster template crashes editor services (Preview Extension) #2136

Issue Description

If I have a "clean" instance of VSCode opened (with no projects opened) and try creating a new project using a Plaster template, the Preview Extension starts up and a while after it just crashes (before even providing a list of available templates)
