Issue Description

The console hangs when running a code selection in remote session file.

Steps to reproduce.
Enter-PSSession
Open-EditorFile
Select a line from opened file and Run Selection.

The console then hangs.

Attached Logs

Follow the instructions in the README about
capturing and sending logs.

Thanks! Taking some notes for myself..

tons of $/cancelRequest messages. Could be unrelated to the issue.

Also saw this warning:

    Caught PSNotSupportedException while attempting to get aliases from remote session:
    
    System.Management.Automation.PSNotSupportedException: Specified method is not supported.
       at System.Management.Automation.RemoteSessionStateProxy.get_InvokeCommand()
       at Microsoft.PowerShell.EditorServices.LanguageService.<GetAliases>d__25.MoveNext()

which could cause something funny to happen. I need to look at #1262 to see the logs in that one.
