No, failed on a debouncer output test I think. It finished fairly quickly. |

That's the first time I've seen that one fail due to a timeout, I'll have to keep an eye on it. Oh well, change looks good, I'm merging it. |

This change sets the default value of the powershell.enableProfileLoading to true by default. It was confusing to users to have it disabled in the debut release of the feature.
