Clear breakpoints when an interactive debug session ends

Right now we leave breakpoints set which is weird when you run commands from PSIC and the console indicates you've hit a breakpoint yet you're not debugging.

I'm a bit confused with this. You're saying the console says you've hit a breakpoint even though you're just running commands in the PSIC - not debugging? Is that right?
