Description
PowerShell 6.2 hit end of life, so we removed it. New lowest common denominator is PowerShell 7, with netcoreapp3.1 (upgraded from netcoreapp2.1).
PowerShell 7.1 was updated to 7.2, along with a corresponding update from net5.0 to net6.0.
