ScriptAnalyzer can be really slow

I found one big performance problem - the method Microsoft.Windows.PowerShell.ScriptAnalyzer.Helper.GetCommandInfo is expensive, especially if a necessary module is not loaded.

This method should probably cache successful lookups.
