Webpack compilation doesn't stop on errors in css/scss files #1085

Environment
Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

  • CLI: 6.2.0-rc
  • Cross-platform modules: 6.2.0-rc

  • Node.js:
  • Please, attach your package.json and webpack.config.js as these configurations are usually critical for investigating issues with webpack

Describe the bug

Webpack compilation doesn't stop on error when changing app.[s]css file in js, ts, angular or vue projects. Also it doesn't stop when changing whatever .[s]css file in js or ts projects.

To Reproduce

  1. tns create js --js
  2. npm i tns-core-modules@rc --save --save-exact
  3. npm i nativescript-dev-webpack@rc --save-dev --save-exact
  4. node_modules/.bin/update-ns-webpack --deps –configs
  5. tns run android

Make invalid change in app.css file. The compilation doesn’t stop on the error, the app is refreshed on device with broken css

Expected behavior

The webpack compilation should stop when there is an error.
