tns debug ios doesn't start the app and doesn't print the debug URL for device only

Describe the bug
Debug on ios device doesn't work.
NOTE: you can debug on simulator and you can run ios on device. This works wirth latest versions ~5.4.0

To Reproduce

1. Create TestApp
2. tns debug ios on device

Expected behavior
App to start on the device, URL to be printed and the user to be able to debug this app
