`tns debug ios` does not work with bigger projects on slower devices

Describe the bug
The user is not able to debug bigger projects on slower iOS devices.

To Reproduce

1. tns create myApp --template tns-template-master-detail-ng
2. cd myApp
3. Connect ICE iPad 9.3.5 device
4. tns debug ios

Expected behavior
The debug session should be successfully started.
