Exception on running ng app from the blank template

Hey guys,

I downloaded the latest version of NativeScript (just clean installation, not an upgrade) yesterday & tried to create an app with the following steps:
1. tns create my-blank-ng --template tns-template-blank-ng
2. tns run android

The result:

Tested on Huawei P10 Lite, Android 8.0, API Level 26. Not tested on iPhone.

PS: The links in the README file of the repo in the "Explore the examples" section are broken.
