Remove all custom 'hooks' implementation and use 'nativescript-hook' plugin

Currently the nativescript-angular plugin has its own hooks implementation located here. This is quite outdated and is actually handled by a separate plugin called nativescript-hook. Also there is an outdated hook before-livesync.js that is no longer available in the NativeScript CLI so it should be deleted
