Terraform instance def gets cloud-init data from `terraform/cloud-config.yml` which runs ansible on boot referencing `ansible/cloud-init.yml` which installs AWS CodeDeploy

Also: stub in Python wsgi app to demo scaling
The playbooks are in /home/centos/.ansible/roles directory so we need to be the centos user in order to run these.
Yes, this is not ideal, but it is the sort of compromise that
you might need to make in the short run when migrating some apps.

The following providers do not have any version constraints in configuration,
so the latest version was installed.

To prevent automatic upgrades to new major versions that may contain breaking
changes, it is recommended to add version = "..." constraints to the
corresponding provider blocks in configuration, with the constraint strings
suggested below.

* provider.aws: version = "~> 1.57"
* provider.google: version = "~> 1.20"
* provider.template: version = "~> 2.0"
