Terraform instance def gets cloud-init data from `terraform/cloud-config.yml` which runs ansible on boot referencing `ansible/cloud-init.yml` which installs AWS CodeDeploy Also: stub in Python wsgi app to demo scaling
The playbooks are in /home/centos/.ansible/roles directory so we need to be the centos user in order to run these.

Avoid running scripts from /tmp as that may be mounted noexec.
