Questions about annotations not specified in EmmyLua

Is there a reference to the annotations that are not listed in EmmyLua page? Especially @meta, I'm curious about its meaning, as the others can be guessed by their names.

And what does it mean to have a * in a type annotation? I noticed that while typing, many types/tables like string, table, os, etc, as seen on the screenshot. Like:

@meta is is used internally by me. For example, when you find references of print, it will filter out the results from the @meta file.

table* is used to distinguish the type of literal and library:

local v = {} --> table
local v = table --> table*
