Clicking the refresh button do NOT refresh problem list

🐛 Bug Report

When I solved a problem in other places or when new problems have arrived, clicking the refresh button could not show the right status of the problem(the problem I solved in other places is still in an unresolved state in the explorer) or get the new problems. After I delete the problems.json in the cache directory manually, the behavoir of this extension is in line with expectations.

To Reproduce

1. solve a problem in other places.
2. click the refresh button.

Expected behavior

The status of all problems should be right and the list of all problems should be complete.

This a limitation of the LeetCode CLI. Maybe we should clear the cache each time we refresh the explorer.

Follow #516 (comment), to rm problems.json and click vscode-leetcode refresh button in vscode.
