Action docs link to 404

As mentioned in #963 https://github.com/KnpLabs/php-github-api/blob/master/doc/repo/actions/workflow_runs.md click the links on top. They both end up on 404 pages. Your docs system seems flawed, you should maybe use a static site generator or some wiki for it. This manual .mds in folders and copying and pasting will end up with things like this.
