This pull request changes the compat entry for the GPUArraysCore package from 0.1.2 to 0.1.2, 0.2.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

@jishnub / @andreasnoack Can this be merged and released? StructArrays is quite a central package, so it's blocking other packages from updating to GPUArrays v11 and blocking use of current CUDA.jl, etc.
