I have this branch running on the Staging site at:  https://stumbo.github.io/InterlispDraft.github.io/project/status/2024medleyannualreport/

The image not printing is an artifact of the staging site and not related to the report itself.  I'll fix that outside of this PR.

So we may rephrase as:

We simplified the code for maintenance and performance, extended some capabilities, and modularized the public API, as well as preparing for TEdit to eventually move into its own package to avoid internal symbols to have \TEDIT in their names.

How about, assuming the capabilities we extended were in the public API, ...

We simplified the code to ease maintenance and improve performance. We modularized the public API and extended some capabilities. We prepared the code to move TEdit into its own package namespace.
