I have this branch running on the Staging site at:  https://stumbo.github.io/InterlispDraft.github.io/project/status/2024medleyannualreport/

The image not printing is an artifact of the staging site and not related to the report itself.  I'll fix that outside of this PR.

Eventually TEdit should move into its own package so that, for example, all of the internal functions and variables wouldn’t hav \TEDIT. in their names.
