Compiler reported a warning when gradle configuring project

When applying the plugin then the compiler report a warning

w: The artifact `org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-compiler-embeddable` is present in the build classpath along Kotlin Gradle plugin.
This may lead to unpredictable and inconsistent behavior.
Please remove the `org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-compiler-embeddable` artifact from the build classpath.

Indeed, I can also see that for every module of a multi-module build - this came up a few versions ago.

The main reason may be due to the change in #65, when I may not have noticed the warning? Maybe there's a way to fix both.

(But I've been busy with work stuff lately, and the investigation may lag for a while. If there are any clues, keep commenting on this issue and I'll look at it then 😜👌🏻)
