Changed log

  • Add DivineOmega\FileSync\Tests; for class tests.
  • Add php-7.4 version on Travis CI build.
  • Remove composer.lock and using composer install command instead on Travis CI build.
  • This package requires php-7.1 version at least, and the random_int function is available.
    Using the random_int to replace rand function.
