Binary diff shown on internal error with compile difference

Description of the problem

One judgehost did not have kotlin installed which led to an internal error. But the error showed the binary data below. I'm not sure if it's supposed to show human readable text or not, but this is not very useful.

We call setJudgehostlog once with base64_encode and once without, see https://github.com/DOMjudge/domjudge/blob/main/webapp/src/Controller/API/JudgehostController.php#L379 and https://github.com/DOMjudge/domjudge/blob/main/webapp/src/Controller/API/JudgehostController.php#L434. This might be part of the problem.
