Repro-ing the issue
Repro steps
The links in the About The code section of this readme.md cannot be found and return a 404.
The links that are bolded in the quote below are not found.
These steps are encapsulated in the Microsoft.Identity.Web project, and in particular in the StartupHelper.cs file
Also, the section should be titled "About The Code".
Expected behavior
I would expect the links to be found.
Actual behavior
The links are throwing 404's
