Specific behavior described in template syntax doc for boolean attributes seems to apply to other attributes type

At https://vuejs.org/v2/guide/syntax.html#Attributes, the specific behavior described in "In case of boolean attributes..." seems to apply to other attributes, at least it is working as described for title attribute, which is not a boolean one. Are there other exception? Should documentation be updated here?
This is strange because not listed at:

The RFC is describing this exactly. We've kind of anticipated that by using "null" instead "false" to hide the attribute, which seems to be the choice proposed here, so it looks perfect!
