Display Icon with the message in Form Item

1. Consider the below example

<a-form-item
      label="Username"
      name="username"
      :rules="[{ required: true , message :"Please Enter a Username" }]">

I want to display Icon preceding the message, but have no clue how to achieve this
I tried using

<template #help> <!-- Error Message -- !> </template>

but the help is shown irrespective whether there is validation error or not
