Very high CPU usage, probably from the CLI

Description

This might be leftover processes from when I ran the CLI twice last week and it hung on TypeScript files. I don't even have VSC nor those terminals from inside VSC open anymore. My MacBook fans sounds like a jet engine taking off right now.
