New version did not git approved, and there are no more binary files. I've submitted instructions to build the extension from source. Waiting for a response.

We seem to have got past the issue with binary files by manually uploading instructions for building from source. However, now they are asking for a privacy policy to be added. I've posted a question in #ask-legal to ask about creating a privacy policy.

Update: seems like we can use our existing privacy policy. Will try uploading that and see where it gets us.

Moving to the next sprint because it's a task that can easily be done after the code freeze

Uploading privacy policy is not enough, and we also need to show a page that asks the user to accept the privacy policy on first startup.
