Run a design QA and document potential issues when running the onboard flow for the App.

Results summary:

The user sign-up process, whether through GitHub or email, currently redirects to the .com home page, potentially causing confusion upon return to the App. Additionally, the App lacks feedback mechanisms when users add a folder without repositories. Navigation also permits users to return to the setup process post-completion, which is not optimal. Users need more explicit guidance on enabling embeddings within repositories and clearer updates on their progress.
