IPA: Correct frequency of use chart

The current chart is improperly rendering the frequency of daily use. This is causing customers to read that a high percentage of users only use the application once a month, when in fact, this number is much lower.

To fix this misperception, we can use a radial chart that displays the number of users using the application by groups of days used. Example:
