Repository settings page gives no indication of further (code-intel etc) settings pages exisiting

When viewing a repository's settings page, there is no indication that there are additional settings related to this repository located elsewhere. This has caught me a few times having to remember that the code intelligence settings are at a different location, requiring 2 additional clicks:

1. First to the repo landing page
   

2. And then to the code intelligence repo settings
   

I think it could boost visibility and reduce confusion to have links to additional settings pages in the standard settings view, as well as making the page appear fuller. It feels quite empty after having been split out, but that may also be because of my screen size + resolution
