Cant bring the webpage to front when using threadpoolexecutor

Hey so ive been trying for ever to get the webpage to top when using threading and threadpoolexecutor and unfortunately nothing works, I tried both with pyautogui and page_actions, nothing really works once the pages are overlapping, im on windows.
On script #2 I set the geo location just so it fails to bypass cloudflare.
