It would be convenient to encode the image in one note and decode it when needed.
Then I can do all the processing in a single note, without having to pass the image files around when deploying.

The image file is easily viewable by anyone, but I'd like to encode it so it's more secure.

The target of the image can be anything.
The size is a bit of an issue if you attach it to an MD file, but it's easy to distribute and it's nice to have one file to manage.

Let's attach a base64 image created in HTML.
