Sample not running on Visual Studio

Hi everyone,
I am really interested in this project, but as a complete novice to coding, even letting the sample presented running, seems to be a too big task for me.
Maybe you can have a look and open my eyes what I am doing wrong.

I tried to reproduce your issue but didn't understand what is defined under ta. I installed TA-Lib but it doesn't have an rsi attribute...

Oh, I see, it had to be written in capital: ta.RSI.
