numpy conflit

Looking at https://github.com/kernc/backtesting.py/blob/master/setup.py#L34 I saw that there is no numpy version.

Should we set a numpy version?

Why? We just need numpy, and any version that satisfies pandas and bokeh will do.

I don't think that error has got anything to do with us, and the installation, supposedly, was a success (check the exit code).
