Form schema

Is there a JSON schema for the ASF form structure?

Couldn't we to some degree build ASF forms using ASF itself if we had one?
And a nice form for that, perhaps?

I am thinking about discussions like:
mike-marcacci/angular-schema-form-builder#2

If there is non isn't it to super ironic that ASF has a JSON format that lacks a schema? :-)
