• (Quick Jump: Show error message when loading 'doc-index.json' failed #691) Give a reasonable error message in case the doc-index.json couldn't be downloaded (e.g. in case you are serving docs through file://)
• Finish the hackage doc upload validation (WIP: Validate doc-index.json on doctarball upload hackage-server#604)
