Allow quick submission of issues on Github or anywhere else

For many packages, Hackage knows the url of the issue tracker. Would it be hard to add a small “report an issue” link next to each function/class/etc., which would lead to the “open new issue” page:

Or is this a stupid idea?

(There are authors who want to fix (or at least be notified of) even small issues, such as typos, missing instances, etc., and for this kind of issues the line between “okay, I'll go back, find the issue tracker, go there, open the issues tab, and file an issue” and “nah, won't bother” is really thin, so we'd want to make filing an issue as low-effort as possible.)

Sure, would accept a patch to do this.

As a user, I personally would not want that much noise, but I wouldn't be opposed to it. I would find a link in the top bar that provided a quick link to the issues, possibly a quickly link to the create an issue. Usually I want to see what issues are present before creating a new one, to avoid filing a duplicate.
