golangci lint not showing any errors other than typecheck

Hi All,
I have this function in a file

func some(X int, Y int) {
	var x []int32
	x = append(x, 1)
	x = append(x, 2)
}

When I tried running gocritic separately like
gocritic check -enable captLocal ./...
I am getting expected lint fail

./file.go:418:11: captLocal: `X' should not be capitalized
./file.go:418:18: captLocal: `Y' should not be capitalized

But when I ran
GL_DEBUG=gocritic golangci-lint -v run --disable-all -E gocritic ./...
I am not getting any failures other than typecheck failures. I have captLocal as a used checker in the command output btw

Am I doing something wrong?

Updating to latest version fixed the issue
