Kerberos authentication for MSSQL

Feature Description

I think it would be great if Gitea could authenticate using the user it's running under (in windows) using kerberos. Similar to how it's possible for users to authenticate using windows SSPI.

I was thinking of implementing this by adding a boolean option in the database config section called WINDOWS_AUTHENTICATION and if it's True than authenticator=winsspi will be passed in the connection string to go-mssqldb
