When reviewing changed files in PR with "show changes since your last review", should be able to mark files as viewed

Feature Description

When reviewing a PR, I will mark files as viewed as I go to mark my progress. After the author updates a PR with new commits, I like to have Gitea show the changes since my last review. But in that mode, I am unable to mark the files that have changed as viewed which is much less useful.
