[Feature] Hide resolved comments in Pull Requests

Feature Description

It would be highly beneficial if Gitea offered an option to hide resolved comments within Pull Requests.
For larger PRs, this feature would significantly improve the clarity of the Conversation tab by reducing unnecessary scrolling and making open, unresolved comments easier to identify.

While I understand that large Pull Requests may not be ideal, they are sometimes unavoidable. This addition would greatly enhance usability in those situations.
