API endpoint to retrieve list of status checks that can be enabled on branch security

Feature Description

I think it would be great if Gitea had an API endpoint to retrieve a list of which status checks that can be enabled on branch security. Currently this information needs to be known in advanced when creating a new branch security rule through the API.

I'm suggesting this, as we in our setup have repos with multiple smaller solutions, that we would like to be able to automatically set up branch security for.
