Mirroring Release Artifacts

### Feature Description

I would like Gitea mirroring (pull) of GitHub repositories to include assets and binary artifacts (like .appimages, .dmgs, etc.) added to a release. This is useful for creating internal mirrors of externally maintained apps (like OrcaSlicer, KiCad, etc.).
