Syntax highlighting for Slim templates (`.slim`)

Feature Description

Currently, Gitea does not display any color for .slim views templates in pull request reviews or in markdowns.

Slim is a template language for views that is used in the Ruby language.

It could be a good feature to add a syntax highlighting for it, what do you think ?

I believe this would need to be supported in https://github.com/alecthomas/chroma first.
