The syntax highlighting of markdown links doesn't quite work when the link starts immediately after a round bracket.
This seems to be specifically the highlighting applied in the PR review window and source view but not in the editor.
See screenshot, note that you can see it should have the text as green and the link as red which is shown in the first and last markdown links but not any where it immediately comes after the bracket (i.e. ([...).
This appears to be an upstream issue in Chroma and an issue has been opened there - alecthomas/chroma#744
