Why ValueReddis/WriteReddis is not available?

If we have hscan.ScanRedis why can't we have hvalue.ValueRedis, similar to sql.Scan and sql.Value? I'm not sure about internal logics but wonder if possible as it make more cleaner and easier for writing.
