Hi there! I'm opening this issue to see how many people would like this format to be added. I think it's gonna become common in the future, and we're already having problems in our site given some of our providers use this format for their images.

Currently, python-docx throws a very clear UnrecognizedImageError when trying to add a .webp image to a document.
