Add support for TestKit's new SSL tests

 * Enable feature flags `Feature:API:SSLConfig` and `Feature:API:SSLSchemes`
 * Map TestKit's ssl config options to driver's native options
 * Adjust TestKit image Docker file to copy customCA certificates
